How Do I Use This Machine?
Instructions:
- Sit with back against pad and seat in locked position.
- Grasp handles and place feet behind roller pads.
- Pull handles down while pulling roller pads upward.
- Slowly return to starting position.
Caution:
- Keep feet on footrests and hands on handles at all times.
- Your seat is designed to move as you exercise.
- Your seat will swivel side to side unless locked.
- Do not enter or exit the machine unless it is stationary.
