How Do I Use This Machine?

Instructions:

  1. ADJUST range of motion and leg position to desired starting position.
  2. Position knee pads to the outside of legs and place feet on footrests. EXERCISE.
  3. Slowly return to start position.

Caution:

  1. Your seat is designed to move as you exercise.
  2. Keep feet on footrests and hands on handles at all times.
  3. Do not enter or exit the machine unless it is stationary.
