How Do I Use This Machine?
Instructions:
- Adjust seat and sit with back against pad.
- Grasp handles, steps on ASSIST BAR for easier starting with heavy weights.
- Keep elbows fixed while pressing handles forward. be careful not to lock-out elbows. EXERCISE
- Slowly return to the start position.
Caution:
- Keep your body on the pads, hands on handles and feet on footrests at all times.
- The support pads are designed to move as you exercise.
- Stepping on assist bar will bring exercise arm closer to your head.
- Do not enter or exit machine unless it is stationary.
