An exceptional workout certainly rings true at Anytime Fitness Buderim in Queensland, Australia. They are the first Australian Anytime Fitness to install the ROC-IT Plate-Loaded (RPL) line of Strength Equipment from HOIST Fitness.

Anytime Fitness was attracted to the RPL line for a number of reasons. Being a 24-hour facility with limited supervision, Anytime Fitness Buderim needed a set of solid Strength Equipment that was intuitive, appealing, and risk-minimizing.

Engineered with Ride Oriented Xercise® technology, the RPL line engages the user throughout the entire exercise range-of-motion, making the workout fun, and biomechanically correct­—reducing strain and potential injury.
